Some of the best gluten free food I've ever had! The buffalo chicken dip, flatbread, and Shoe were all incredible.

The restaurant had a variety of gluten free food items which was important since my husband has Celiac Disease. I had the Thai Chili Salmon and they cooked it perfectly and it was so flavorable! The waitress was exceptional and catered to my husband's Celiac disease so he wouldn't get any cross contamination. I would definitely go there often if we lived here.

This was the best restaurant experience I have had in my 24 years of life on this Earth. We were seated promptly. Our server, a blonde girl, I believe her name was Mel, she should be what the gold standard of FOH should be. In the first 5 min of us sitting down, she introduces herself, asks about any allergies in our party (my husband does have an allergy so I was extremely grateful,) and immediately offered two suggestions when she learned that we hadn't been there before. I have never experienced such quality service. And the service was not to compensate for the food. The food was exceptional. That chicken sandwich, I would marry it if I could. So good. I'd give it more stars if I could

Very good food. Not your typical “just ok” food you might expect. I came for the gluten free options which did not disappoint…. And my entire family loved their food. So refreshing to have not only so many gf options as well. I had the flatbread and it was great! Waitress, Lyn, was terrific. Will stop here everytime we pass thru Springfield

UPDATE June 9, 2026: We went to this restaurant recently and learned that the menu is totally different on Sundays. My husband and kids were disappointed that their favorite appetizers weren’t on the menu. I also learned that there IS egg in the bun. So that’s a no go for me, and also a little negligent on the restaurant’s part for misinformation. They guaranteed me that the GF bun was also free from my other allergens. It’s NOT EoE safe, and I have no idea if my reactions could have been coming from the bun. But, it’s still an excellent choice for anyone without an egg allergy. Dropping my service score to 2 stars because that kind of misinformation could kill someone… We had such a great experience here that we ended up coming back a second time— one hour each way is absolutely worth it to eat here. From the start, everything felt clean and welcoming. My son’s first comment walking in was that there wasn’t even gum under the table—which he was comparing to other places we had tried in Springfield earlier that day. It definitely set the tone. We were seated quickly and had drinks right away. What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail, especially with dietary need
